£210 for two nights for one person was way too much, staff were untalkative and rude and my room wasn’t cleaned properly. The water in the shower was dangerously hot and burnt my skin. There was no way to control the temperature, and didn’t eat there as they charged £12 for a breakfast

The staff lost our booking and very rude when sorting it out. Then they tried to charge us the full amount despite us already paying a deposit. The room only had two thin pillows and there were crumbs in the bed.

We Enjoyed Our Stay As It Was Only One Night i Cant Comment On Every Thing But We Went To The Manchester Arena.And It Was Close.The Location Was Good For The Town And All Attractions.The Staff Were Very Friendly.The Breakfast Was Nice.One Of The Main Reasons Why I Choose This Hotel Was On Site Parking,Most Of The Towns Hotels Do Not Have This Facility.And Parking In Expensive In Towns And Especially Over Night.
