The Guesthouse consists of very bright five bedrooms and with a particular view of the city. The rooms can be double, triple or single rooms, all equipped with TV and fan. There are 2 shared bathrooms, complete with shower and hot water 24 hours out of 24. The living room can be used as a meeting place for guests or as a moment of consultation of the information material available. Entire property is available free wifi network.
Others facilities: Heating, Internet Wifi, Reading/Relax Room, Multilingual Staff, Tourist Office, City Maps, Luggage Storage, Fridge use.
Self check in from 12:00 pm to 8 pm (passport or identity card required via mail/whatsapp)
No 24 hours reception.

Overall the stay was very comfortable as the rooms were clean, everything worked, and they even had common space, so if you wanted to eat focaccia with people then you could. The person was very friendly when I sent a written communication, however, when I was late for check out 10 minutes, he was quite rude, and didn't even say goodbye back. But I think he was just having a bad morning. (Maybe I made his morning bad :'(() I recommend a 100% tho, the cost effectiveness is crazy good & felt safe.

This appartment in the top of an ancient sienese building has lovely antique paintings on the ceilings which complement the historic location.
The warden provided a very efficient laundry service and the staff were warm and friendly.
