SkadaVeli Guest-house located in Kala - the oldest and most important residential district of Old Tbilisi - on the second floor of an old Georgian double storey house built in the 19th century, in walking distance to the city’s main square and to everything worth seeing and experiencing in Tbilisi.

A great place to stay! The balcony is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy some wine. The owner if very friendly, and was helpful and patient with all my questions! The only downside was people talking all night outside my window......

My partner and I loved this hostel. We were in Tbilisi twice in two weeks and stayed at Skadaveli both times. Irakli, the host is amazing, so kind, thoughtful and friendly. He has experience and knowledge of everything about Georgia and gave us lots of good recommendations and suggestions. The hostel is super clean and there's a chance to meet other travellers from all over the world too! Thank you so much :)

Lovely big private room with good shower, and excellent kitchen facilities and drinks.
The location was perfect, in the Old Town but still quiet.
A nice balcony with a big walnut tree overlooking a courtyard.
Our host was delightful and very helpful.
