The best hostel I have ever stayed in. The hosts are very friendly and informative. They provided very helpful tips for adjusting to the altidude at Cusco and for traveling in the area.

Stayed here for a few days before traveling to Machu Picchu. Although not the closest hostel to the main tourist areas, it is definitely within walking distance. The place was clean and had a comfortable bed. There is a small garage big enough for e few motorcycles. I was traveling by motorcycle so this was very helpful. I liked the fact that the building seemed to retain heat during the night so it had a much more pleasant temperature overnight than most of the hostels i have dtayed at in Peru.

The owners were outstanding in most ways. But there is no way this is close to a 9.2. I loved how they were very flexible with checkout when we overslept. But I was shocked that we had to pay for towel rentals when we were renting a private room. My wife and I travel internationally a LOT (30 countries in the last 3 years) and always reserve a private room with en-suite bathroom and towels are always included. Also- cash only. Never had this either. Couldnâ€™t find a good restaurant nearby.
