On arrival we were confronted that our room changed due to construction work and we lost our private bathroom without any compensation.
Suraj's father was very kind and generous, so we stared trusting him and his son. Unfortunately Suraj operates a little tourism scam organization. DO NOT TAKE ANY TOUR FROM HIM. They are overpriced and sell you fake silk products.
So staying here is OK but do not make the mistake of trusting them.

The family that owns the hostel is wonderful. They were very accommodating and thoughtful. The location is great; it’s close to the Ganges, the major temples as well as shops & restaurants. The rooms were big, clean and had lots of shelving so I could finally unpack for a change. I would definitely stay there again!
