New Golden Clouds

New Golden Clouds is a homestay that put these 3 Values as priorities:
1. Homey,
2. Space-saving &
3. ECO- Friendly
We put these trios into our design, services & operational. We want you to feel Homey, to be amaze by what small space can actually do, and to be Inspired by the Clouds.
We're the first homestay in this town to adopt mezzanine concept & Natural air conditioning for the corridor.

As our name indicate that we are crazy about the clouds, we do have Rooftop which you can see Garut and its glory 360 degree. Unless you come from New Zealand, do bring jacket . It's super windy up there.

Sunset or Sunrise photo hunting, Just go to the rooftop at 5.00 Am or 17.30 PM. You will meet it.

A. Check in time is from 02.00 pm and check out time is until 12.00 pm
B. As this is a homestay, receptionist will only be available from 06.00am – 9.00pm. So you can only check in and check out on that period, unless
you make appointment first
C. Maximum Adults* per room is 2-3 persons (Depending on the room maximum capacity). For your safety during covid19, we only serve Adults (15-
65 years old). Any guess below or above the age are absolutely not recommended
D. Guesses acknowledge & agreed to NOT DOING any kind of activity listed below:
1. Smoking / Vaping indoor or not at the rooftop (incl. room, corridor & parking area),
2. Consume alcohol in & around this property,
3. Engage in any kind of prostitution activity in the property,
4. Making any disturbing or loud noise in the property,
5. Bring any kind of pets / animal into the property, and or
6. Doing any kind of illegal or criminal activity in or around this property
• (FINES of Rp 10.000.000 will be charged if you decided to do any of this activity, along with any risk & any damage arise from that activities)
E Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to New Golden Clouds caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible.
F. Hotel Management is not responsible for your personal belongings and valuables like money, jewelry or any other valuables left by guests in the rooms.
G Regarding our contactless cleaning protocol, guests Acknowledge that the housekeeping will clean the room according to the covid protocol once every 3 days and the maximum stay in same room is 3 days. You will be asked to move to the next clean room or to get out of the room while the cleaning protocol is being done (2-3 hour, 9am-2pm).
