Great hostel, awesome staff, especially Pupi! Even though it's low season, it was very social and easy to find people to do stuff/split an Uber which is somewhat necessary for La Fortuna. Comfy beds and cold AC. I'd suggest adding lamps and hooks for towels to dorm beds. Other than that, everything was great.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, including giving recommendations and helping arrange shuttles. The hostel is well located, near a supermarket and plenty of places to eat. The big dorm also had a good AC, hot shower, and working lockers. Just an awesome all-around hostel!

Pros:
- The kitchen is MASSIVE and has everything you need
- the AC stays on all day + night and was perf temp
- staff were helpful and lovely
- chill out areas that made it social
- HOT SHOWER!
- room is dark asf, curtains on bed are blackout too
- fridge is also an ice machine … this is something I didn’t know I needed in a hostel - ice cold water on a hot day slaps
Cons:
- door makes a lot of beeps when entering/exiting room so not good if you’re next to the door, but it’s great security
