Rooms were fine and secure and hostel is generally clean. Staff, however, was very disorganized. When we first arrived we were given the room immediately and said all is well. We were then constantly called back for more information. We were not given information on breakfast or anything else. And coming home late on Saturday night, we were asked for about 15 min when we were leaving and how we would be paying. Had to switch rooms because staff messed up reservation. Staff generally unorganized.

The location and the place is nice but I was disappointed they did not make sure the quiet time was honoured, it's more geared for party people, they have a very casual system and seems they are not on top of their accounts. They tried to charge me more money and had I not been careful they would have got away with it. Imagine travellers who are jetlaged and confused with the exchange and in a hurry. I would not stay there again and would not recommend it.
