THESE PEOPLE ARE COMPLETE SCAMMERS! I arrived & the guy told me they're completely booked despite showing him the confirmation. He ignored it & said he'll just return the deposit. I couldn't care less about the $6, every other hostel was booked. When I made a big deal about having to sleep on the street, they said they can give me a "bigger room" for $10 more (A room just magically became free?) In desperation I took it. When I entered the room, it was the same room that I had originally booked

My booking was cancelled the same day without informing me, leaving me without a place to stay in Baños on the weekend, which is a very difficult position because most hostels are full.
