Top Floor has a reception on the second floor inside the building in Naples at Piazza Garibaldi 73. Top Floor has 9 rooms located on multiple floors. There are 6 double rooms, 1 triple room, 1 male dormitory room with two bunk beds for a total of four beds and a female dormitory room with two bunk beds for a total of four beds. All rooms have a bathroom inside.
The B & B 'Top Floor' is born from the desire of conviviality and hospitality in a family environment and luxurious and at the same time with the spirit to enjoy and rejoice in the beauty of the city of Naples which was the capital of the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies.
The property is very well located with easy connections to visit the main tourist destinations in Naples.
Top Floor Policies & Conditions:
Cancellation policy: 7 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
Check in from 14:30 to 18:00 . On request the property can do the check in 24 hours a day for an extra charge of €10.
Check out from 10:00 .
Payment upon arrival by cash, credit cards.
This property may pre-authorize your card before the arrival.
Taxes not included - occupancy tax 2.5 EUR per person per night.
Breakfast not included - 10 EUR per person per day.
Reception Hours 10:00 to 18:00
We do not accept customers younger than 18 years old years of age.
Non smoking.
In the dormitory rooms every day guests who stay several days must leave the room before 10.00 am and can return from 2.30 pm to allow the cleaning in the room and bathroom daily.

This is one of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed at. It definitely has the best service. As soon as I arrived, the manager pulled out a map of the city and showed me everything to see in the city. He marked out a walking route through the city and circled the best places to eat for specific different dishes. He even told me the best place to get take away pizza and where to take it and at what time for the best place to watch the sunset. Linens, towels, hairdryer, lockers also provided & aircon

Absolutely fabulous place!
Host was amazing and determined to share with us all the best places in his lovely city, giving us a map and detailed instructions on how to get to everywhere we wanted to see.
Location was brilliant, just a stone's throw from the central station making travel around the city very easy.
Room itself was cleaned daily around our schedule and was blessedly cool with the AC from the near 40° heat outside.
10/10 and I would love to come back if I visit Napoli again!

The room itself was fine, clean etc. But the building and location was not great. Felt very unsafe outside, someone tried to follow us into the building and once inside, it was a tower block of mostly offices.
