House Janja is friendly guest house that welcomes travelers from all over the world. We have a great experience in tourism since 1998 and we know what travellers value and need during the stay.
Guests can enjoy them selves and relax in private garden and walking paths. Wi fi access is also available through the property ( no additional charge). We serve breakfast in guest area, in domestic atmosphere.

House Janja is located in centre of Selište Drežnicko , on the main road D1 – only 4 km from the Entrance no 1 of National park Plitvice lakes. Just across the bus station. The transport connects you to the National park in 5 minutes.Also worth to see in area are Barac caves, Educational trail Mlinica, biking and hiking trails, old town Drežnik. River flows just 150 m below our house – enjoy the sound and sight of water strength!As well Zip line , only 500 m distance from the house, Adrenalim park , 5 km ,great Ranch with deers, riding trails and schools...
For those who like shopping , every day bus goes directly to shopping centre Zadar.
Restaurant that we recommend is 200 m away , featuring local cuisine as well as international. Local grocery store is 100 away opened every day.
House Janja has four bedrooms available – with two and three beds. The private room types available are double and triple with possibilitty of extra bed per room, all together , there can sleep 9 – 15 people. Double room come with comfortable double bed and private bathroom. Double room / family room come with 2 twin beds in each room and shared bathroom between these two rooms. Triple room come with one large double bed and one single bed, with private bathroom. Bed sheets, linen and towels are provided per person in each room for all guests. Rooms also have central heating during rainy and cold days.

Cancellation policy: 48 hours before arrival.
Check in from 14:00.
Check out before 10:00.
Payment upon arrival by cash.
Taxes included.

Reception opening times 07:00- 22:00.

No kitchen or fridge, a bit of a kerfuffle checking in, but the host made up for it with a big plate of homemade cake. Was lovely.

This hostel is set in the beautiful countryside of Croatia. It was a challenge to find because buses don’t make stops at every bus stop. They only stop at major stations, which we didn’t know. So we had an 18 minute backtrack to her place. But the hostel is clean and offers a beautiful view of greenery. It’s 10-15 min drive to lake plitvice but a hour walk otherwise. There is no AC, so beware in warmer seasons. Be sure to pack bug spray as windows don’t have screens! Janja is a pleasure!

Fantastic place. Very clean, about 5 min drive to entrance 1. Janja is lovely and helpful. No kitchen but there is a fridge which was handy. Would stay here again.
