Me and my friend had the best time here, from the start it was so welcoming and the owners were so lovely, Golf took us fishing one of the evenings and caught us a cuttlefish which he cooked for us afterwards. Their dog bamboo is so sweet and the perfect welcome home, I even got a tattoo of bamboo sticks in memory of her haha! Close to the beach, clean and all around good vibes and one of the best hostels we’ve stayed in! Thanks so much guys💖💖💖

Loved every time I stayed in this hostel! I worked in Chon Buri for a year, and I loved coming here for a weekend away or on school holidays. The property is simple, but has a great beachy vibe and is close to restaurants, bars, and the beach. The staff is really great, and helped me feel safe and welcomed as a solo traveler. The door to the room does not lock, so keep that in mind if that would bother you. I never had issues though! Love Sundaze.

Lovely hostel with a good bed and the staff were amazing. The door to the dorms doesn’t lock which might bother some, but there are lockers although you need your own padlock. A small common area where the bar is but still possible to meet people. Overall a great choice for when in Koh Samet!
