The shower head caught fire from an electrical fuse problem, and almost electrocuted my boyfriend who was standing under the water and filled the room with smoke (staff said it was only 10 watts, it wouldn’t have been bad). We were moved to a room with mold on the walls and an ant colony. When we brought it up to staff they guilt tripped us, claimed to check the showers everyday but then revealed he didn't check it prior to our arrival. This facility is unsafe and not maintained.

Probably much better in busy season but out of season it wasn't great. Staff didn't seem to care or weren't interested, kitchen was useless. There's absolutely tons of mosquitos here, even our guide who came to meet us here said it was crazy! Lots of cool wildlife in the garden, including bugs, we had the biggest cockroach I've ever seen in our dorm and had to get a staff member to remove it.

I left the lowest rating in each category, yet somehow shows up as 2.0? This property is hot garbage. The staff was talking on speaker phone the entire time while I was trying to check-in. Did not accept credit cards as indicated. Did not have hot water. My sheets smelled as if they had never been changed after 3 fat men had been pouring sweat into the sheets on a hot night. I’m left with concerns of bed bugs. Run fast and far from this place.
