The window above the entrance door to our room had not cover or glass. It was empty! So we could hear everything in the hallway all night and morning as if it was in the same room. No privacy or security.

Good location, friendly staff but overpriced (as everything in Aguas Calientes I guess) and the one bad thing is the cleanliness, one of the dirtiest place I’ve stayed at dead bugs literally littering the place.

A pretty standard place in Aguas Calientes— the rooms are clean and comfortable. Noise from the train station is a factor but that’s true for most places in town. It ends early in the night though.
Staff was difficult to communicate with for an English speaker and seemed a little standoffish. They were often away from the reception desk which was frustrating.
Overall wouldn’t say don’t stay here, but wasn’t a favorite.
