Hostal San Agustin

Weird location, old woman owns the place, only speaks Spanish. No locks, but weird way to get in. Cold in the room, not allowed to fry stuff in the kitchen. No info about things to do. You can leave you luggage in the reception after check out but it’s not being watched so you do it on your own responsibility.

The some of the staff were hostile, rude & offensive. The place is run like to a boot camp. It's next to the bus station, but kms from the centre. The guy in reception tried to rip me off with. Chilean pesos & dollars. Another place that just wants to take (rob) & give nothing. Places like this give hostals a bad name. Awful people.

A very clean and warm place to stay. Great after visiting the national park.
