Located near Hiroshima Castle, Guest House Roku is a great base for all your trips in the city. For example, the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park is quite close and Miyajima is easily reachable.

Guest House Roku provide our guests both private room and dormitory (one mixed and one for female). The dormitory rooms come with bunk beds and the private room oofers futon beddings. Bathroom and toilets are shared. Our guests can also share their experiences in the kitchen while making and eating meals.

I cannot say enough how wonderful this hostel and its owner, Mako is. It is definitely an older Japanese style home and with that comes the steep stairs and sliding doors and windows. That said, Mako keeps the place impeccably clean and inviting. When i had arrived, I was suffering from a dental emergency and needed help. Mako made calls for me so I would get medical attention. I will be returning to this hostel again

very warm welcome from kind and helpful hosts. hostel feels very homely. great location near station which has a direct 5min train to Hiroshima station
