The location and the kitchen arent the best but the breakfast is so good. Stayed only one night so didnt experience much.

We stayed in a private room for a few nights. The room was spacious and the hostel was clean. Most of the communal area was outdoors
When we were there the water was off almost an entire day and night with no explanation or warning. Also, there are only 2 bathrooms for the entire hostel, which are often occupied.

Had a great stay at Mallki hostel. The owners and staff are lovely and very helpful, the atmosphere was amazing, making it one of the best hostels I've stayed at in Ecuador !
