I was impressed by the staff and their friendliness, my complaint was about the cleanliness of the dorm. There was a lot of dust and dirty on the bed frames and the lockers were not clean. The bathrooms also did not appear to be that clean

the kindest staff ever! I absolutely felt like at home, The staff is so kind and always willing to help you. The whole place is really cute and clean. I had a lovely calm time at Minka. I work remote and the staff made a special place for me to work outside of noise. Thank you so much for your kindness.

Highly recommend Minka. Danilo the manager was very attentive - even gave me a lift to the airport to collect my partner to save us money on taxis!! There is a website with all the info you need for travelling in Quito/Ecuador with maps, tours and a food delivery menu! They clean the rooms during the day, so ask if you donâ€™t want this (our door was left open unattended) but the building itself is pretty secure. Esperanza who works there was so lovely and helpful and made delicious breakfast too!
