My booking was cancelled by phone by the Hostel within minutes of being booked on your site and I am still waiting for a refund of your fees.

It was a very pleasant stay after travelling and driving for a long time. John the host greeted us and explained how everything worked and even took our bags upstairs for us. The location is pleasant and plenty to see and do around town with easy access to Snowdonia
