Please be aware that The Jack Backpackers is a licensed venue. Live entertainment can be heard in the beer garden from 6pm until 2am, mainly on weekends.
Reception open hours: 9am - 19:00pm. If you are planning a late check-in after 19:00 pm. Please call our friendly reception team at your earliest convenience to arrange a late check in. Alternatively call our night security (number will be show on your booking confirmation). Please also note that The Jack Backpackers is an International Youth Hostel and Dormitory rooms are exclusively available for International guests only. Private rooms are available for Non-Internationals guests. We only accept bookings with a valid passport or photo ID and credit card details will be required upon check-in. The Jack Backpackers is unsuitable for persons under the age of 18. Bookings made by any guests under the age of 18 will not be accepted and will be asked to cancel their booking.
House Rules:
• Check in at 14:00pm and Check out 11:00am
• Curfew is a 22:00pm as we need to be respectful towards all our guests that may have tours booked or work the following day. NO NOISE.

Clean ,bright ,safe ,good location! the housekeeper clean rooms everyday.but!the music is tooo loud!!until 1am !and some roommate (who is changing accommodation there and from Dutch)isn’t friendly at all!speak loudly at any time,even in the midnight others are sleeping!and close the door loudly!whats worse,take three other people into our room!exo me???we girls are sleeping and already 1:30am!!!

the location is awesome，next to clubs，but much quite area for rest；the girl at receiption was answering all questions and really friendly，besides its really safe here，the door closed at night，i got a key here，then they also offer free dinner at bar which is actually tasty food！but from the whole area，some ppl hanging their dirty shoes and clothes out of the room on the public path way，the hostel should annouce tht to make their guests behave better，in general everything was really nice.
