Our unique location in the centre of Kas means that we are only a five minute walk to the bus station and Antique Theatre, and 100 metres to the seaside and harbour. Our motel provides bed and breakfast and half board options with a one star equivalent service. Our guests enjoy all the advantages of staying in a small motel which is quiet and clean. You will be warmly welcomed in this family run place.
The rooms and the terrace of the building have a great view of Kas Bay and the harbour. We can offer you a free pickup from Otogar or you can take a taxi and we will share the cost!

Pros: location was 6 minutes walking to city center; balcony was nice; AC worked; room and sheets were clean, price was reasonable.
Cons: the bathroom was bad - no hot water, the shower head sprayed everywhere and had no shower walls to keep the room dry, mold in the tile grout, and the bathroom SMELLED. The WiFi was unreliable, breakfast was included but pretty unappetizing so we skipped it.
Overall, was fine as a bed to sleep in but we wished we had paid a little more for another hostel.

This accomodation had actually over-booked, so they moved us next door to what seems like a similar (but slightly cleaner) environment. However, NEITHER OF THESE ACCOMODATIONS ARE HOSTELS! The ‘common room’ is a roof-top space that we could see from where we were moved to, and nothing social or fun seemed to happen during our whole stay. If you want a social atmosphere, I’m not sure where you will find it in Kas, but it’s not this. Don’t let this deter you from going to Kas - it was our favourite coastal sp
