We arrived very late because the delay of our flight. The staff was nice but the facilities were really unpleasant. The heater in the room was not working and the beddings were musty. There was a strange smell of the whole property.

We had a great experience at this hostel, which is very well placed, around a 10 minute walk from both Towan and Fistral beach, and near the centre of Newquay which is full of lovely restaurants. We were able to easily rent surf boards from the hostel, which ranged from foamies to Short Boards for £5 a session. The staff were extremely nice, and the people who stayed there were also very lovely and open. We would highly recommend this hostel!

Chill atmosphere, Santa Cruz vibe; fun. Tel & Ria so kind and accommodating. When I return to Newquay I will stay there again.
