pros: pretty clean showers, kind staff (let us store our bags, recommendations, restarted the wifi router to help us connect), good breakfast, felt safe cons: bedbug stains on the sheets, rooms stuffy/no windows, wifi did not work very well in our room, shower missing curtain good value for price, only real issue was bed bug concern

BED BUGS! After our first night sleeping there, we started to notice bites all over our body. Upon further research and investigation we found out that they were bedbug bites, A LOT OF THEM! The reviews on the site are good and don't mention anything about them. But if you look on Google, you will see that there are MANY reviews with bedbug incidents. It seems like they take no action in regards to this issue due the large volume of complaints. DO NOT risk staying here!

The rooms have comfortable beds but no windows. The common area is nice and the free breakfast is great. The only downside is that there are only two women’s toilets for all the rooms so the bathroom gets busy. Staff were really lovely!
