For a stay with us a Hostelling International Membership is required. International guests without membership pay a surcharge of 3,50 Euro for the first 6 nights to obtain a full membership for the use of more than 4.000 Youth Hostel worldwide. German residents can become a member of the German Youth Hostel Association for 7 Euro per year (older than 26 years and for familiea: 21 Euro) upon arrival.
Prices apply to guests younger than 26 years. Guests older than 26 years pay a surcharge of 4 Euro per person and night. All prices include breakfast and sheets.

En general el hostal está bien pero no sé me hace correcto que tienes que pagar un monto extra porque solo te puedes quedar si tienes membresÃa, cuando te mandan correo para pedir información según te notifican sobre esta cláusula (la cual no está en inglés, solo en Alemán). Tampoco me gusto que sus horarios de check in no coinciden con los que menciona la aplicación.

LOTS of little children shouting and crying and a lot of teenagers shouting as well.
So not great for a solo traveller.
Also rooms can’t be locked so i didn’t feel very safe.
Staff was nice to be fair and breakfast was decent.
Overall NOT worth the price, specially since it’s so pricey ( they force you to pay extra for a hi hostel card which makes no sense)

Nice hostel with modern clean bathrooms and plenty of grounds for kids to play in. Quite a few exuberant school groups were staying which raised the volume considerably but they were all in bed around 22.00 and the hostel was quiet by 23.00. Breakfast was ample and filling and the evening meals were standardised but for just six euros each were great value and were served with panache by a selection of jovial chiefs and helpers. Get a Fussen card for free public travel and other reductions.
