Hostel Absteige

I enjoyed staying at this hostel. The staff was very friendly, The location is good, quiet and safe, close to the center. The towels were included in the price, towels and the bedding were fresh (you can also ask for an additional towel). There are spacious lockers in the room, hangers, and chairs. There were no hairdryers in the bathroom, but the wonderful staff helped me to find one.

Beds are s***, cheap material, loud as h***, when one moves. No community space. They had a wedding that night. No info in advance, no price reduction. Crazy loud till 2 am. Staff woman was kind in the beginning, next morning rude (guess she had a double shift and was on the edge). Almost no sockets. 2 at the part of the room, where I was. One was occupied already, the next by a lamp (light or charging). No sockets at the above bed (had to have my alarm clock, so no charging during the night).

Go somewhere else. The loudest bunk beds I have ever experienced, it is impossible not to wake up the person below. There was no hot water. The lockers were placed inconveniently behind the door so that you are in someone’s way or you get hit whenever you are getting your stuff. No outlets at the top bunk. No common room.
