- cupboards, closet and more not cleaned (really stank even just by opening cupboards; found old tissues between my 2 beds; more)
- fresh food got thrown out because I forgot to mark my check-out date (was one day old) but have seen thesame pizza in the box for my whole trip;why
- towels were out of stock whole time, we received sheets to dry off
- couldn't use pin machine
And more; i know it's a hostel but there is simple, basic stuff which take little more effort; but the staff was very nice.

I don’t know how this place is rated so highly. Only pro is that it is ideally located close to the metro. Cons include
- Bathrooms were filthy
- Air con is centrally controlled at the front desk and turns off after about 2 hours. We had to go to the desk at 1am and 3am to get them to turn it back on. There is no remote in the rooms.
- A staff member (I think the owner?) used our room as a thoroughfare at 11pm which I felt was not okay.
- Unreliable hot water in the showers

Amazing budget hostel! Staff were so friendly and willing to help me with problems I had with my baggage. Would love to stay again :)
