The B&B is located in Songzhuang Village, Songyang County, Lishui City, Zhejiang Province. It is an ancient village with a history of more than 600 years and is known as 'the last secret place in the south of the Yangtze River'.

The B&B has a construction area of more than 700 square meters, with multiple wooden-structure rammed earth guest rooms, and is equipped with a coffee shop, restaurant, book bar, conference room, SPA, handicraft workshop, exhibition space, farming experience park, etc. Designed by Lu Xiaohui, a Moganshan designer and visiting professor at Tongji University.

Surrounded by green mountains and surrounded by gurgling streams. The century-old stone bridge in the village has been featured in National Geographic magazine many times. The clouds and mist are like ribbons, carrying water, chopping firewood, and lighting fires for cooking are both a fairyland and fireworks on earth.
