Mundo Hostel Policy and Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 72h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged for 50% of your stay.

Check out from 00:00 to 12:00 .

General:
Reception: from 08:00 to 18:00

No curfew.

No Smoking: In accordance with our health and safety policies, smoking is strictly prohibited within the hostel premises. Designated smoking areas are available outdoors.

Cleaning and Organization: Please keep the common areas clean and tidy after use. This includes the kitchen, bathrooms, living areas and dormitories. Be courteous to your roommates and keep your own areas organized.

Responsible Use of Equipment: Guests are responsible for the proper use of all hostel facilities and equipment. Any damage caused by improper use will be charged to the person responsible.

Security: To ensure the safety of all guests, we do not allow unregistered persons into the dormitory areas or private rooms. We recommend that you keep your personal belongings safe and locked in the lockers provided.

Check-in and Check-out: We ask that guests respect the check-in and check-out times communicated in advance. If you require an early or late check-in, please contact us in advance to make the necessary arrangements.
