The hostel is in a perfect location, surrounded by stores and restaurants. Facilities are great, with a fully equipped kitchen and clean bathrooms, including private ones. They serve breakfast and dinner daily; the food is decent but nothing special. However, the atmosphere isnâ€™t idealâ€”solo travelers feel left out as the place is full of groups and couples. The kitchen is too small, leading to long, awkward waits, and the common areas canâ€™t accommodate everyone. Still, Iâ€™d return for convenience

Tequila sunrise was a good hostel, the private style beds were comfortable and much appreciated. The rooms were kept clean and the free breakfast and dinner was perfect , especially as it was our first night in Australia after our long-haul flights. This isnâ€™t a social hostel and there were a few couples sharing beds but overall would recommend as a base for Sydney. Bathrooms werenâ€™t very spacious but amenities were provided!

Great rooms however disappointing bathrooms, not many for the amount of customers and very small sizes. Breakfast and dinner provided, dinner was always delightful. Difficult to track down staff and many stairs to climb.
