We offer you all the comfort of a villa but you can just rent a room in the villa and treat yourself well during your stay on Koh Phangan.


We belong to the group Arena so you can use all the facilities there ( across the street) but benefit of a much higher quality of rooms
You might party a lot in Phangan and pre party also at Phangan Arena (our main property) but whenever you need quiet and privacy you can just go home and watch a movie or sleep.

Large and bright living room with a comfortable relaxing area, a fully equipped kitchen and large sliding windows opening on a spacious terrace where you can relax and enjoy superb sea views over the beach located only a few steps away !

Our Sea view property has a tennis court onsite and if you book a minimum of 3 nights you get one hour free of charge on the tennis court.
Our large outdoor balcony offers you the best sunset.

The master room has an amazing Seaview.




Property Terms & Policies:

1) Check-in from 14:00
2) Check out Before 11:00
3) Reception working hours: 9:00 - 21:00
If you will arrive at the hostel after 21:00, please let us know in advance.
4) We are partner with Arena so you can use all the facilities there
5) Cancellation or amendment must be made 2 days in advance prior to arrival.
6) Breakfast is not included
7) No smoking in Rooms, but have a smoking area
9) We require a full payment to secure your reservation

Regarding bookings OUTSIDE the full moon period:
We always ask you to pay upfront as our property has a very high demand

Regarding bookings FOR the full moon and Half Moon periods:
- We HIGHLY recommend you book 3 days before the Moon Party to enjoy all the major parties such as Waterfall Party, Jungle Experience, and so on.
- Once we have received your booking, please contact us for the payment details. ***(Pre-payment is required) ***
- it is your responsability to contact us for the pre-payment in advance, your booking may not be confirmed if you do not send us a pre-payment.

Please note that if we do not receive your payment (Regarding bookings FOR the full moon or half moon periods), we have the right to cancel the booking at any time.

No Prepayment = No Confirmed Booking
No Show = No Refund

Once the payment is done, there will not be any refund.

We are NOT a drug-friendly Hostel.
