If you prefer an adventure by yourself you can rent kayaks for a good price.
In Tortuguero is so much to discover. El Patio has its own restaurant with delicious caribbean food and the best view.

Cancellation policy: 72h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
Check in from 15:00 to 18:00 .
Check out from 06:00 to 11:00 .
Payment upon arrival by cash.

the hostel is really nice and clean the rooms are really big but there is not a common area just a little kitchen

Nelsy went above and beyond to make my stay here comfortable and helped me arrange a last minute turtle tour. Her customer service alongside colleagues at the restaurant and hostel was exceptional. Despite there being some miscommunication surrounding booking tours, the team at Patio was very welcoming and did there absolute best to meet my requests. Beds were comfortable and AC worked really well, which was a must have. Would stay again.
