Love that this place is accessible to disabled folks, never seen that at a hostel before. Staff was friendly and helpful, clean rooms and a beautiful property. There isn’t much in the area as far as nightlife but it’s a quick trip to surrounding neighborhoods with more happening. Breakfast was great and a good price! Would stay again

This is a great hostel (more like a hotel). So clean, staff are great and speak good English. Lots of facilities to use. There wasn’t much atmosphere but it is winter and the location is ideal for Christ the redeemer, botanical gardens etc - so maybe good for a short stay to do tourism and less so for the atmosphere. I ended up with a whole dorm to myself which was great. The beds are very private and have proper duvets! The first I’ve experienced in Brazil. Really convenient and safe stay!

Very beautiful building that is kept in shape well. The location good, near the tram to visit the Christ the redeemer, and there is a bus line that takes you directly to the Central station 3 minutes away. When i was there it was mostly empty, but i imagine the experience with the hostel full of guests would have been incredible.
