The person staying in the same place, leaving the toilet unflashed.
The room was molded and you could smell it in the air, feeling it in your lungs.
I found two bugs on the bed. I had to leave the place, just worried regarding the health issues.
Asking for refund, I was told it is not refundable but the 'security' dealing with my request said he would try to refund half of the fee.
Very unsatisfied by the pictures in the website which in contrast to the fact, shows the room bright and shiny.

This is the first time I have stayed somewhere that the room looked nothing like the photos, and had we known we would not have stayed here. My friends beds seemed to sag in the middle so we looked underneath and the metal bed had broken so they had propped it up with a paint can! The room was in a dark and dingy and damp basement. Upon arrival the beds we were allocated had crumbs on and did not feel clean. The fridges in the kitchen were in a gross state, the crockery was cracked and random

I will not write anything new. All the reviews correspond to reality. Bedbugs found, Bed had the pillar and sheet of the previous guest. Toilet and bathroom were dirty. People were coming in and out the hostel. Not every one of them seemed to be guests. Kitchen was well equipped, the location is very good as are the hostel's stuff. Classic case of getting what you pay for.
