隔音不好 廁所沒水 有很重的濕氣 地點好 員工親切 充電很麻煩 只能短住無法長住

Guys, don't book anything here. The lady at the entrance tried to scam me by making me pay more than the amount on my digital receipt, because she wanted to take advantage of my poor Spanish speaking skills. We argued for 30 min until she (more like pretended to) acknowledged her 'mistake'. The area is unsupervised with no locked doors, lockers nor anything to prevent anyone from coming in. Not only that, but even new guest can just steal your stuff openly while you are gone during the day. Because of that, I did not even dare to leave my room with my valuables behind for the whole night I stayed there and for the whole following morning. The place was so dirty when I got there and it did not look at all like the pictures. I initially booked that place for several nights, but I left the very next morning. It is right next to a very loud bar where anyone can just come in, steal your stuff and no one will care. The dorms have no windows and they were so loud, humid and hot. The beds were so dirty and there is no regular housekeeping.

this was our least favorite stay. the place wasnt very clean, the room was not the picture it had on the booking, located above a bar so very loud and the bathrooms had no way to dry your hands. Jasmine was amazing though and super helpful! she was the best part of the whole place! only stayed one night to catch our plane in the morning but would never go back.
