Hithere Guesthouse is conveniently located just 5 minutes from Hongdae Station. Both the interior and the exterior of the building has been completely renovated recently (May 2022) with the aim of maximizing the comfort and convenience of all our guests. Each of our 12 rooms is equipped with its own private bathroom for your convenience and privacy.
Enjoy the energetic, fun and passionate Hongdae area, as well as its calm and peaceful counterpart Yeonnam Gyeongui-Sun Forest Road and the beautiful parks nearby. Hithere Guesthouse will help you recharge your energy at the end of your day both in your room and also on the rooftop decorated with unique local independent artists’ artwork.
All overnight guests at HiThere Guesthouse are eligible for discounted rate for the use of the common room designed with HiThere’s unique design-focused modern style, equipped with a 120” movie screen.
The common room would be a perfect space for a unique private event or a small gathering with your friends or with your special someone.
Property Policies:
1. Check-in time: 15:00pm to 20:00pm
2. Check-out time: before 11:00am
3. Cancellation policy: 2 days advance notice for free cancellation
4. Payment: cash only upon checking in
5. Taxes: included
6. Breakfast: included
7. Quite hours are from 21:00pm
8. No smoking in rooms, but designated area is provided
9. Pets are not allowed
10. Reception working hours: from 10:00am to 20:00pm

location is amazing, the owner is super nice and helpful and the whole guesthouse is clean and looks nice. I highly recommend the place! The only 'issue' was the small size of the rooms, but this is fine if you stay in a private room.

I have travelled alot of countries and stayed in alot of hostels and I can tell you that my stay with Daniel has been the best, he cares about his business and about the people staying there, he keeps the place immaculately clean, he is a great communicator so language is rarely an issue. The location is also ideal it is very central to all the nightlife & attractions, the hostel has triple glazed windows so noise is not a factor. If you're there on a Tuesday I highly recommend the guest dinner.

Absolutely 10/10! Ticked all the boxes, met cool people to go out with. The owner Daniel was unbelievably helpful, texting me places to go out and even helping us find me a good ramen restaurant! He was always jolly and had a good attitude despite being super busy. The location is unreal, literally metres off main street. Will definitely book for my next stay in Seoul!
