We loved our stay at Mad Monkey Kuta! Owen has such big energy & made us feel so welcome from the minute we checked in! He made the events in the evening great fun! All of the staff are super welcoming & help us with any issues we have. We will be back to Mad Monkey Kuta!

Run down hostel, dirty, saw rats and girl in the dorm woke up with a cockroach on her. Poor facilities - they don’t provide hand soap in the dorm bathroom and you have you have to pay for water and towels which have marks on them. I don’t like to give bad reviews but I was shocked at how bad it was. Plus sides that the staff were lovely and it’s in a good location. I don’t know how it’s managed to get such a high rating
