Really enjoyed my stay at Azor Azul. You have everything you need there, the hostel is ran really well, is really clean, fresh and modern. The staff are also super friendly and helpful. Another plus, the beds are really comfy and offer really good privacy with the curtains (which double really well as blackout curtains). Will definitely be back

good value for money, walking distance to the centre, comfortable beds. however they weren't the cleanest, there was hair and other things indicating that the beds aren't cleaned well so it can feel a little disgusting.

There is no one running this place as it is a game of king of the hill when you get in. No one to work there, so no rules.... We arrived to one dirty bunk left in a room where we had booked two. We had to ask others to move stuff, we had to be housekeepers and clean that bunk completely to be able to use it. No linen here. Room temperature is fixed to 30 degrees so it is very hot for most. Who ever is in charge here, has a system that does not work, combined with people that maybe do not w
