The staff are lovely and will be happy to help you and give you some tips to make your stay an amazing experience.
All the rooms designed to suit the needs of the traveler, super comfortable beds and spacious common areas to make your stay a pleasant time, a swimming pool with handmade termination where you can enjoy a nice afternoon with other travelers, breakfast included and served during the morning for all our guests, kitchen at the service of all and wide spaces throughout the place.

Cancellation policy: 7 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
Check in from 15:00 to 00:00 .
Check out before 12:00 .
Payment upon arrival by cash.

Lovely pool and breakfast. Top bunks could really do with some barriers etc they felt quite unsafe. Also asked the staff to make the aircon a bit warmer as everyone in the room was shivering cold but they said no.

WiFi was terrible in both the rooms and communal areas. Woke up on my first morning to no water supply throughout the whole of the hostel. Would not recommend!

The staff were lovely and so helpful with anything we needed they honestly made the trip good. It's quite out the way of Bacalar centre so didn't feel too safe walking back late at night which limited our experience. The WiFi didn't reach anywhere but the kitchen and was temperamental which made planning the next step more time consuming and stressful. The sockets charged everything very slowly and the aircon is limited to the evenings only but it's okay as it keeps coolish during the day inside
