We are located in a very central area of Santa Ana, near the historic center, and tourist places.
Our rooms are new and we are expanding our options. We have stable and good quality WiFi. Featuring a garden and a terrace, common kitchen, a common room. All rooms have private bathroom, cleaning service, air conditioning, cable TV. Breakfast is included in all rooms.
Velvet Hostal Policy and Condition:
Cancellation Policy: 72h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
Check in from 14.00 to 23.00
Check out before 12.00
Payment upon arrival by cash, credit and debit cards
Taxes included

No curfew
Silence hour after 10:00pm
Leave the common kitchen clean after using it

The staff here we so lovely and helpful. Helped with Covid passes into Nicaragua, atm help, food recommendations and had easy to book excursions. Close to the main centre and cute cosy rooms. Would recommend to anyone!

We enjoyed our stay at Velvet however it is more of a hotel set up than a hostel. The location was good, less than a 10 minute walk to Park Libertad. Staff were all very friendly and the breakfast included was good. The staff would begin to set the breakfast tables early and our room was right in front of the tables so we would be woken by this each morning at 6am. The hostel should look at setting them the night before to avoid this. Shout out to David who was super friendly.

I would recommend staying at the Velvet Hotel. We spent 2 weeks there and we were 100% satisfied with their services. The staff is super nice, the location is great. There is a gym and grocery shop nearby, and the Cathedral is a 7-10 minute walk. You can find many restaurants nearby. The design of the hotel is very nice, and you can choose from different types of breakfasts, we liked all the ones we tried. They also helped us with our programs and car rental.
