Worst hostel experience of my life. I tried to book a dorm bed in this hostel twice, as the kitchen really appealed to me. Both times (once booked via Hostelworld, once via their own website) I arrived at the hostel to be informed they did not actually have the bed I had booked available. Notably, some of my friends had similar experiences. Instead of offering an alternative, the staff behaved as if I was the one making the mistake and did not even want to apologize. Do not book here!

If your looking for something cheap and quiet this is nice, however it’s in a more run down area in Cusco in comparison to other hostels.

review is so low is because of the woman at the desk. My girlfriend arrived in tears as we had just been robbed and had no money or cash. As we got there, she didn’t have our booking and we were so upset as we showed her the confirmation but she was so unhelpful and told us no. We asked to borrow her phone to ring home for help and she tried to charge us 30 soles. We told her we had been robbed and she laughed. Hostel world told us that she should’ve given us our deposit back as they sort it.
