Great location right in the centre close to lots of attractions.
However, there was an uncomfortable atmosphere in the hostel and the bedroom and bathrooms were very dirty. Meaning we found alternative accommodation.
Things to improve would be:
- regular cleaning of shared bathrooms
- new bedding
- removal of wall stains
- better options at breakfast
The staff were very friendly and meant well. However, in the current state, I would recommend staying elsewhere.

We stayed in a private room. It’s a great location with great facilities including a clean kitchen and clean bathrooms. The private room had a TV with Netflix and air conditioning. The staff here are so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for a reasonably priced stay in a good location in the Liberdade district!
