Very poor experience, the bed is very small, there is no privacy, and the room type does not appear in the reference photos, which makes me feel cheated. In addition, the location is far from downtown Lisbon. Also, the staff were chatting in the lobby at midnight, very disrespectful to the sleeping tenants in the room.

As a female solo traveler I really enjoyed my stay here. Although the staff spoke little English, they were open and welcoming. I canâ€™t wait to come back to Lisbon just to stay at this hostel. The vibes are amazing and I made many friends in just a few short days!

This hostel absolutely bailed on our group. we had a 5 bed private room booked and we received and email at 11:45 (check in begins at noon) the day that we were supposed to arrive that they had overbooked and no longer had room for us, we had arrived at the hostel to check in before we even saw the email because it was such short notice. they offered a hostel 18 kilometers further from the city as an alternative at full price, absolutely ridiculous. staff were friendly while breaking the news ig
