Saraya; A Sanskrit word meaning, “To Begin, To Flow.” A space culturing the infinity of creativity. Saraya Ecostay is a space where people can come together to create, share and experience art, food and living in rhythm with nature. Our vision is to bring together art culture, food and eco-living. Saraya Ecostay is where these three elements come together. A confluence of artistic minds and energies which inspire you to begin your creative journey. Come to visit and enjoy our peaceful, relaxing atmosphere.
We started our Eco homestay, Health Cafe, Art gallery and a Workshop space about 5 years ago and have been curating and , edifying it ever since! It sits on a one-acre piece of land, right off the road sop but touching the serene paddy field on one side and reaching up to the top of a small hill on the other, it is a beautiful walk up.
Our idea is to integrate food, living , expression , sharing and community into this space. It has been organically growing and expanding constantly!
Terms and conditions:
Cancellation policy: 7 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
Check in from 12:00 to 23:00 .
Check out before 11:00 .
Reception hours:08:00-23:00
Payment upon arrival by cash, credit cards.
Taxes not included
Up To 1,000 INR ($14) per night = 0%/ 1,001 to 7,500 INR ($14 – $106) per night = 12% (from 18%)/ Greater than 7,500 INR ($106) per night = 18% (from 28%)
Breakfast not included.
No curfew.
Above 18 years old guests are allowed
Non-smoking room but with designated smoking area.
Pets are not allowed.

It was a tree house, pretty raw and basic. No bunkers, no party hostel, you will like it if you love to be in the nature. Owners were friendly though managing staff were pretty new / volunteer and were limited. No hangout area as such but a open restaurant which mainly serves pizza. Toilets were downstairs and you hear literally everyone flushing from the tree house (aka bad design). Floor wood kept cracking and it was a scary experience though no one got injured yet.
