Onda Hostel

Onda, the name of our hostel, means ripples in Spanish. It puts forward the impact that we want to have in the community through our business. We want to create ripples by encouraging local guides and producers, as well as by getting involved in different social and environmental projects taking place in the village or in its area.

We focus more on fun, chill, nice vibes. We welcome any backpacker who has good stories to tell, whatever the age. Onda Hostel offers large social areas, a common kitchen and clean rooms for any type of traveler (dorm, family private or cabaña), all of which with its own private bathroom. We'll also provide our travelers with multiple activities on site or in the area (local tours, beach games, board games, dinner parties, etc.) but reading a book in a hammock with a beautiful view of the ocean, while sipping Ecuadorian coffee is also part of the experience!
