Great apartment with everything you need, also a bit salt, Oil and vinegar, which is really nice that you dont have to buy. New and clean apartment, we didnt see the other guest we splittet the kitchen and Living room with, so it felt like we had it to ourselves.
However, one of the staff members were really rude when we wanted to rent a scooter at the hostel, and afterwards told us to drive in the wrong direction on the street just outside of the hostel, which meant getting a ticket from the police on 120

we had an amazing time at che suites in tulum but only because of the great people we met at the hostel. the tulum police constantly patrolled the street next to the hostel and were constantly harassing us and other patrons (every single person in the group we met ended up having to pay the police for some “violation†or other) - we barely left the hostel as a result but - silver lining - we made great friends there!
all in all, tulum is very overrated and inundated with police and construction/developmen
