Think this hostel has a cool concept with poor execution. The pods feel cheaply made, some things within were broken (charging port, tv remote). It’s annoyingly only possible to open your locker with the same key card that provides power to the pod, when staying in a double this isn’t ideal.
Common areas weren’t inviting which made meeting other travellers hard in comparison to other hostels, kitchen was also quite small.
Staff were pleasant and location was nice in the heart of Bilbao

Nice experience. The cabins themselves were really comfy. Unfortunately the cabins are put so close together that you hear every cough and feel every movement from the person who has a cabin next to you. It would be nice to have walls inbetween.

Literally everything was dirty and broken. When you come down the front stairs you're welcomed by a dirty kitchen and a gross couch. All the wall/ ceiling panels have black in between them and there is tape to fix stuff everywhere.
The locker was okay, but if you have electronic locks it would be good if they work reliably or else just use regular locks.
The bed was fine, but the capsule was dirty (especially at the sliding door), the locking mechanism looks very cheap and could be left out.
