The worst hostel experience! I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND - UNSAFE. We were treated very poorly, felt very unsafe and she got very angry at us when we requested a refund. The rooms & kitchen are not at all like the pictures.
The staff are very rude and make up fake responses on google!! They cancelled my stay so that I could not leave a review here however I was able to after contacting HostelWorld. There are many better options for Krakow! Please don’t make the same mistake as us please!

They've cancelled my booking soon after i have checked-in, paid in full and was already sleeping in their bed, probably to stop me from posting a review, which is deeply dishonest. I have sent Hostelworld proof that I actually slept in the hostel, and they allowed me to post a review. The hostel is one of the worst I've stayed in out of the 150 hostels I've stayed at. It is not marked outside, in a cramped basement, with small windows, dirty, and sketchy characters seem to live there long term
