The staff were really lovely and the kitchen was in good condition and size. the hostel wasn't a place for socialising, most people kept to themselves which is great if you're looking for a quieter environment

It’s not the most cleanly I will admit and I was really worried about the alley at night but it was very well lit. The staff was very helpful. The area is a little sketchy but no worse than any other city, and it’s a good location to walk around and explore. There were definitely weird people in the rooms but I kept to myself. I booked a mixed dorm but ended up staying in a female dorm which I would recommend if you are a single female like me. Pretty Decent for my first time in a hostel!

The staff were friendly enough and on first thoughts we felt the hostel had a cosy vibe. We quickly realised this hostel is located in a run down area of the city with the surrounding streets stinking of manure. Gangs were often found congregating outside the hostel on the pavements and we did not feel safe walking back after dark. When heading to our room the whole place was dirty including the beds, showers and toilets. Full of creepy men - one who stole my sunglasses. Avoid.
