La Casa del Viajero

An incredibly cosy and happy stay in El Bolsón with this hostel as our temporary home. As it was off season, we had an entire cabin in the woods to ourselves. The kitchen was easy to use, the shower was hot and had good pressure, and we were very happy to be given towels to use. Augustin is a very kind and hospitable gentleman, offering to collect us from our bus and giving us space to dry our clothes after kayaking and horse riding. W were profoundly sad to say goodbye, and hope to return.

Quirky hostel with a lot of personality. Small and cozy so everyone staying there felt like family. Kitchen is small but has everything you need, beds were clean, showers were hot. Owner lets you leave things behind while out trekking. My only complaint is a pair of boots I left behind in the hostel while trekking mysteriously disappeared…
