Bauhaus Bucharest Hostel is a family owned business, that offers both private and shared rooms. Our little place (4 rooms, 14 guests) is a great choice for travellers interested in night life, cultural gigs and city adventures and it can be a great option for digital nomads who want to have a base camp for visiting the amazing natural beauty of Romania.
Located in the heart of Bucharest, within walking distance to main tourist attractions as well as shopping centres, clubs, museums, parks and Central library, Bauhaus Bucharest Hostel is a retro-vibe-kinda-funcky-little-GEM that offers free WIFI, free use of washing machine, late check-in/out, free luggage depositing services and the best tips about places with visiting for a stress free vacay!

The reception works from 10 am to 6 pm. (but we're only a phone call away if you anything outside of business hours)
Cancellation policy: 7 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your reservation.
Check in from 14:00 to 18:00 (or different check in times, please let us know ahead and we will accommodate you within means)
Check out before 12:00 (for late check-in, please let us know ahead and we will accommodate you within means)
Payment only by credit cards.
Taxes included.
Breakfast not included.
No curfew.
Non smoking.
Any guest under 18, must be accompanied by a parent or supervising adult all times whilst on the hostel premises. We don't allowed children under 10 years old.
Booking Policy: When making a reservation with us, you may be required to provide identification information including, your name, email address, contact telephone number & credit card information.

Straightforward hostel with great accomodation.
The host was exceptionally kind when I arrived. I needed to post the keys to my previous hostel in Prague and he came with me to the post office and sorted it out for me. I would never have negotiated the Kafkaesque paperwork without his help!
There is not much of a common area and the kitchen is small but the rooms and bathrooms are great.
It is located close to the centre of town. A little hard to find the door.

The place was cozy but colorful. It's centrally located, but we could hear some loud music from some nearby building at night. The staff doesn't hang around, but were helpful while they were there. Be accurate with your arrival time, otherwise you might have to wait for them to get there. Would recommend overall.
